A Prep Kitchen is a commercial commissary kitchen available for all to use, rented by the hour only.
We are open 24/7/365.
We have multiple plans/rates available to fit your needs!
Must call or email to schedule a tour. No office staff on site, please do not walk into kitchen without an appointment.

Kitchen One
This space includes multiple prep tables in a large clean kitchen space, equipped with a 6-burner stove, flat top, double convection ovens, knives, bowls, sheet pans, utensils, cutting boards, large rice cookers, slow cook Alto-Shaam, proofing box, meat slicer, 6 qt, 10qt, 20qt, and 30qt mixers, along with much more!!
We provide free ice to all our clients!
We recently upgraded to a larger ice machine to provide more ice and prevent running out even during busy summer months!
At APK we strive to provide a clean happy space for all! We do have strict cleaning procedures in place to ensure all clients have a great experience in our space. We are available to help and love to!
Kitchen Two, Now open!
Once a conference room, now a second kitchen! This kitchen has 2 stations, a wash station, and a prep + cook station. Both stations can be rented independently, allowing 2 clients to use this space at once. Clients will also have the option to book both stations simultaneously, preventing anyone else from being in the kitchen at the same time.
Station one- Prep + Bake Station
Includes prep tables with space to prep and package product. A 6-burner stove, double-stack ovens, and mixers such as a 6qt, 20qt, and 30qt, utensils, baking sheets, blenders, and much more!
Station Three- Wash station
Includes a 3 bay wash sink for dishes and clean up.
This room also includes a Hand-wash sink for both stations to share.

We are so happy to be able to now provide another space for our clients. We are so thankful for all the hard work from our loving husband and father, Bart. And all the fire suppreson and inspectors to make this space possible!!
Bathroom
Along with kitchen sapce we also have a very nice, well-stocked bathroom, including a changing table for the babies.

How we work
This is not just a spaace for rent; at A Prep Kitchen, we are family owned and opperated with our mission being to help the small business become big business! We strive to provide a clean, easy-to-use space with help in many aspects.
We are open 24/7, 365 days a year. Once a member with us, we provide keys to the building and a link to our digital calendar. With the online calendar, clients can book time in either kitchen, message us, and have access to all necessary documents. We truly go above and beyond to help our clients succeed.
If you want to start a food business, we would love to help talk you through the steps. If we are not a good fit for you, then we will do our best to provide other spaces and options for you to succeed. We strongly believe small local businesses are crucial to our community, and there simply is not enough support for them. We work with many non-profits, organizations, and many different cultures and types of food service businesses in our area. All are welcome at A Prep Kitchen, and we are always happy to help in any way we can!
